In the event of lost baggage, guests should notify one of our Guest Services Officers immediately. If your baggage cannot be traced after fourteen (14) days, AirAsia will compensate you based on a calculation determined from the weight of the lost baggage multiplied by the rate of RM 48/THB 480/Rp 105,600/MOP 96/RMB 104/S$ 20/PHP 685. The maximum weight is 15 kilos per guest.
