What should I do if I’ve lost or broken an audiobook?

Firstly please don’t worry. If you have lost an audiobook please let us know as you won’t receive a replacement until you tell us. If an audiobook has broken in your possession, please send it back to us anyway as we may be able to mend it. We won’t charge you for lost or broken audiobooks. However, we are always grateful for donations made to the charity.
