What should I do if Im having trouble purchasing a Gift Card with a Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX card?
If you are having difficulties with your online purchase of GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Cards please check the following: • Ensure that the 3-digit code on the back of your Visa® or MasterCard card is the same one you are entering on the gift card order form. • For AMEX cards, you need to be sure that you input the 4 digits located in the top right hand corner on the front of your AMEX card. • Make sure the expiration date you have entered matches the expiration date on your card. • Check to see if the address you entered on the gift card form is the same as the address on your billing statement. If you are still having problems, call the issuer of your credit or debit card to verify all billing information.
