What should I do if I want to transfer my number away from Woosh to another phone company?
You can transfer up to two phone numbers that a) you have transferred to Woosh or b) Woosh allocated you to another phone company. It is essential that you do not authorise cancellation or downgrade of your Woosh phone service to broadband only to take place prior to making the Transfer Request, but you can notify us of your intention. You should make the Transfer Request through your new phone provider. When the Transfer Request is received by Woosh, we will disconnect the number(s) you have asked that we transfer on the requested change-over date. If you have two Woosh phone lines, but you have only requested the transfer of your Primary phone line, your second phone line will not be transferred but will be disconnected at the same time your Primary number is transferred. When Woosh receive a Transfer Request from another company, your Phone and Broadband package will be downgraded to Broadband only, and you will be sent a track-pack to return your Phone connection kit.
