What should I do if I receive an error message on the Upromise site when I enter my Albertsons Preferred Savings Card number?
First, check that you have entered the correct card number from Albertsons. Next, make sure that you have entered your entire card number, as some card numbers can appear on different lines or are separated by spaces. You should type the number so that it includes all the digits on your card or tag and exclude any spaces. If you still experience problems please contact Upromise at 1-800-877-6647.
