What should I do if I receive a Blanket Purchase Order from Miami Dade Public Housing Agency?
A Blanket Purchase Order is issued for general reoccurring purchases where the operations deems necessary and when specific items are not yet identified for purchase. Upon receiving an issued Blanket Purchase order where items are not detailed for purchase vendors are not to see this Purchase order as an order. An MDPHA Purchase Request will be issued referencing the Blanket Purchase order and it will constitute as the actual order.
