What should I do if I have set-up a direct debit online but haven’t received an advanced notice letter?

Tuition fee invoices are generally raised from August onwards. Once the invoice has been raised an advanced letter notice will automatically be sent to your specified address. If you haven’t received a letter by mid October then please contact the cash office or email epay@ac.co.uk.
