Prior to calling the OJD’s help desk, please verify that your spam filters are not blocking emails from eCourtRegistration@ojd.state.or.us or appellaterecords@ojd.state.or.us. If your email has blocked these addresses, your confirmation emails can most likely be found in your spam folder. To prevent this from happening in the future you will need to add the above email addresses to your trusted list. If this is not the problem, please contact OJD’s technology help desk at (503) 986-5582; staff are available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
