What should I do if I have a connecting flight at Changi?
(a) If you are connecting from a full service carrier flight to another : If you have your boarding pass (with a seat allocation) for your connecting flight issued to you at the departing, you may proceed directly to the gate for your connecting flight. But if your airline has not issued you with a boarding pass at the departing airport, you should proceed to the nearest Transfer counter in the terminal of your connecting flight. You will then be issued with a boarding pass for your flight out of Singapore and arrangements will be made for the transfer of your baggage to your connecting flight. (b) If you are connecting to or from a budget airline flight : As budget airlines do not have transfer counters in the Transit Hall, you have to ensure that you have the valid travel documents (passport, visa etc) into to clear Customs and Immigration into Singapore.
