If you actually have a Top Secret clearance, you have already been told the answer. If you can’t remember, you should NOT have ANY clearance. That said, you should report ANY official contact with law enforcement IMMEDIATELY. NOTE: When it comes to Top Secret clearances, there is no such thing as expunged.
