CenturyLink contracts with other service providers who also offer telecommunications-related products and services, such as long distance, voicemail, internet service, etc. These third party service providers’ charges appear in the last pages of your bill. CenturyLink does not benefit from incorrect or unauthorized charges on your bill. We do provide an area on your bill to alert you of changes to your long distance carrier and/or service plans. CenturyLink encourages you to review your bill closely and alert us to any charges that you think may be erroneous.
