What should I do if I experience slow response or receive an error message while logged into Blackboard Vista?
If you do experience a problem, follow the steps below while problem is occurring: • While logged into Blackboard Vista, paste this link into the browser window that is connected to Vista: http://webctvista.unt.edu/webct/applicationframework/clusterinfo.jsp • Take a screen shot of the window that comes up which will show the Vista Runtime Cluster Information. You may prefer to copy and paste the information into a word document or notepad. • Email the screen shot to vistafac@unt.edu and put something like “Slow Vista response” in the subject line.
