What should I do if I don recognize a ShopSafe account charge?
Check the listing on the View Past Purchases window for a record of the transaction with that merchant. Contact the merchant to ask for clarification about the charge. If you did not authorize the charge, ask the merchant to credit your account. You may also dispute the charge in writing by using a copy of the form provided on the back of your credit card statement. You must reference the ShopSafe account number used for the transaction instead of your credit card account number.
