What should I do if I can hear audio while using WinDVR?
Check the following items: Verify that the audio cable is connected to the line-out port on the AV/Tuner Box and the line-in port on your PC sound card. Verify that the speaker power is on (if applicable) and check the volume setting. Verify that your sound card driver is properly installed in your system. You may need to download and install updated sound card drivers from your sound card manufacturer’s web site. Check the Windows audio volume settings in the Control Panel, i.e., Control Panel -> “Sounds and Multimedia.” Open the WinDVR Setup (Properties) dialog and select the Record tab.
