If you cannot login to ZipLine you may need to reactivate your ID and password by contacting the help desk at 330-972-6888. You can also contact the Office of Student Accounts/Bursar at 330-972-5100. Someone in this office should be able to troubleshoot the problem.Why does my eBill show a previous billed amount? The previous billed amount is the balance of your account on the date the previous eBill was generated. Refer to your previous eBill to see an itemization of charges and payments. The current eBill only shows detail activity since your last bill.What does anticipated Financial Aid on my bill mean? Anticipated Financial Aid is any grants, scholarships, or loans you may be eligible for at the time the eBill was generated. Financial Aid is normally disbursed 10 days prior to the start of the term.
