What should I do if I am interested in a Campusview Apartment?
Call us at 715-425-5150. We will set up a time for you and your roommates to view the available apartment in which you are interested. At this time, you will get a folder that contains a copy of our lease, an application for each person, and a pricing breakdown sheet for each apartment. If you and your roommates decide that you want to sign a lease, either let us know at the time of the showing or call us later to make an appointment for your group to sign a lease. The lease signing procedure takes roughly 45 minutes. At this time, we will go over the entire lease and answer questions. Apartments are filled on a first come, first served basis and we cannot guarantee that the specific apartment you viewed at an earlier showing will be available if you call us later.
