What should I do, if find something that worked on JHSecure that does not work on JHConnect?
Although we attempt to provide the same capabilities from JHConnect that are available through JHSecure, differences in the physical infrastructure of the two systems or in the client design may cause problems for some customers. If you identify functionality that works through JHSecure that does not work with JHConnect, please contact the Help Desk at 410-516-4357.
