Just sign the back of the insurance check. Underneath your endorsement write “Deposit Only: Prometheus, Inc.” and send it to our Billing Department. You can also deposit the insurance check in your own bank account and send us a personal check for the amount owed. However you do it, always remember to send us a copy of your insurance company’s Explanation of Benefits (EOB) so that we process your payments correctly.
