What should I do if a REDCap Survey participant loses the return code?
You have the option to allow survey respondents to save a partially-completed survey and return later to complete it. When they select the “Save and Return Later” option, they receive a code to enter when they return. If respondents do not remember this code, you can retrieve it by going to the Results tab in your survey and looking at the data already submitted by the respondent. Their return code will be located at the beginning of their survey responses.
