Most merchants that welcome the American Express Card will also welcome the Travellers Cheque Card. Please note, however, that some limitations apply. For example, some merchants, such as car rental companies and hotels, may not permit you to reserve vehicles or accommodations by using the Travellers Cheque Card, but will permit you to settle your account with the Card. If a merchant refuses to accept the Travellers Cheque Card, you should contact American Express.
