Check to see if you have a pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer on your machine. If so, you must set your browser to allow pop-ups. You will need to do this for both Internet Explorer windows that open for Banner. Even if you allow the pop-ups BEFORE you login to Banner, you will then have to go to the second Internet Explorer window (gray screen) that accompanies the Oracle screen and allow pop-ups there too. It must be done in both windows. Another work-around is to hold down the “CTRL” key and click Extract Data at the same time. Then when the Save or View window comes up, Hold down the “CTRL” key and make your choice. Once you have done this, please try to extract your data from Banner to Excel following the instructions under the Banner 122 course documents (http://it.bridgew.edu/Banner/Documentation.cfm.).
