Should any problems arise with any of your MemberCard benefits, or if you are aware of a company wishing to participate in the MemberCard program, please call 800-423-7645 during normal business hours (EST). This number will put you in touch with MBI, the company assisting your local public broadcasting station with the MemberCard program.
