What should I charge for overnight babysitting?

Depends what you are aiming for – more free time or more money? If you are aiming at freeing a night or two for yourself charge at least 10$ per hour, plus 5-10$ per meal. If that is bellow your current price just add 10-15% to your usual price. That way, you should get a decent pay for those extra hours. On the other hand, if you are looking to attract more customers – calculate your hourly rate (again – or at least 10$/hour) and deduct 10% off of that, and then add the price of the meals. Its not a bad thing to mention to you customers that they are getting a discount that way. And always agree with the customers on the price up front.
