What should hearing impaired people, who want to make telephone payments using the Florida Relay, do?
The Florida Relay can accommodate your needs on the telephone payment system. When your call goes through the relay center, the relay operator (CA) will make an outbound call to the number being called. When making a credit card transaction, the TTY relay user will type the numbers, and the CA will press touch tone keys accordingly.
