Railings for deck & steps (if over 30 inches or 4 risers high); Spindles for railings (spindle spacing less than 4″ clear between); Stairs showing riser & tread dimensions. You may use the example drawings in the Deck permit packet as a guide or fill in blanks & modify as needed depending on the complexity of your design.
