I am a firm believe in a small federal government. I think that a big over-powering federal government is a bad idea on many levels. I think the role of the Federal Government should be to keep the country going by the minimal means necessary to do so. Sometimes the Government looses sight of the big picture and what the purpose is, and the result is wasteful spending and pork.
