It is quite obvious that when you are going for a job interview you should be wearing formal attire, but it is a good practice to be in formals for the entire campus drive. Formal dress for boys could be formal light colored full sleeve shirts on trousers (not jeans or any fancy looks), matching socks and black shoes. If possible a matching tie would make you look complete. Formal dress for girls includes Salwaar Kameez, saari, proper formal shirt and trousers, or formal long skirts.
