The best curing time for one component is 21 days, for two components 14days. It’ll be total sealed. If you ask for track free time: for neutral silicone sealant is around one hour under the standard condition ( around 23℃,50%RH), for acid one it takes about 25minutes. It’s not according to the backing material but according to different sealant.
