You need a 3 foot flat mirror (minimum). The diagram shows that you look on the mirror at a point half way between you feet and your eye plus a point half way between the top of your hair and your eye, i.e., the mirror must be at least 1/2 your height to see your full height regardless how close you stand to the mirror.
