• a letter of nomination outlining the nominee’s significant contributions, • a curriculum vitae, • a bibliography (with a brief paragraph stating the candidate’s total number of publications), and • a minimum of three and a maximum of six supporting letters (at least two individuals are not to be currently or recently associated with the nominee’s institution of graduate education or employment). PLEASE NOTE: There are specific requirements for EGEA, International, Spilhaus, and journalism award nominations.
