What should be included in a volunteer induction?
A basic volunteer induction is something that you provide to all your new volunteers. It covers what they need to know to become a part of your organisation, and the various policies, procedures and systems that will be relevant to them as a volunteer. An induction is normally provided after you have selected a volunteer and offered them a role within your organisation.
