What should be done when disk error is detected for RAID 5 configuration?

Take out the failed drive and replaced (hot-swap) it with a proper one of the same model and same/biger size. There is no need to turn off Turbo Station when replacing the drive. To replace the failed disk with a different volume one, make sure the new disk is larger in size than the old one for rebuilding RAID configuration. However, only the size of the old drive will be used for the new one. Extra size of the new drive will not be used.
