What should be done to prevent constipation in infants?
There really isn’t much you can do to prevent constipation. If you are feeding a formula to the baby, just know that the more iron it has, the more likely it is to cause constipation. We had to switch my son off of enfamil lipil w/ iron because of that reason. Be sure to always have some mylicon, too. It helps with the gas pains.
