What should be done if concerns are raised about the competence of a student attested to by a qualification or a Statement of Attainment issued by another RTO?

An RTO may enrol a student, recognise qualifications/Statements of Attainment already held and subsequently determine that the student does not have the competencies attested to by the qualifications/Statements. It could even be that over a period of time, an RTO develops concerns about qualifications issued by a particular RTO. In such circumstances the student must not be disadvantaged. The concern should be taken up directly with the issuing RTO and/or Quality Directorate.
