The first thing to consider is the fabric material because over 30% of the damages are coming from fabric tearing. There are 5 fabrics commonly used in making traveling goods, (1) PVC, (2) ramie, (3) polyester, (4) nylon, and (5) ballistic nylon. The best & strongest fabric available now is Ballistic nylon. Our Grade “A” collection is featuring this “Ballistic Nylon” fabric. The second thing to consider is the frame construction. PE frames are commonly found in uprights but they’re weaker, heavier and easy to be bent. One of the best frame constructions is the “Rebound HoneyComb Frame System” made of hi-tech ABS, the same material used in football helmet. Our grade A,B,C,D (except E) collections are equipped with this light-weight frame system. The third thing to consider is the wheels & bottom foot base. The ball-bearing inline skate wheel is the best simply because almost half of the wheel is inside of the protected frame case so it is less likely to be knocked out by outside force.
