A – The Health Impact Project, in cooperation with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation, will support up to two HIAs in Minnesota under the Health Impact Project’s current call for proposals. These new HIAs are in addition to the eight demonstration projects that will be selected from a nationwide search. All parameters in the current CFP apply, with the exception that, for the two Minnesota-based HIAs, the project will also consider proposals that address transit-oriented development (for example, neighborhood planning in relation to new public transit stops.) Land use and other types of transportation-related projects are eligible for funding as well.
