What should a vegetarian eat?
There is no need to take any vitamins, provided you keep a properly balanced diet, going loosely by the food pyramid. Eat lots of dark green veggies, such as spinach, for iron, or if you’re lazy, just about any fortified cereal. Nuts and beans are indeed high in protein and iron, but you have to watch your fat intake with them, and make sure to take them in moderation. Whole grains are a great source of protein, too, and they can also give you some extra fiber. Mix it up plenty, and you’ll be all set.
