What should a Test Coordinator do if he or she enters incorrect information (name, phone number, e-mail address, employee ID) for a Test Administrator or Teacher in TIDE?
If a Test Coordinator enters the incorrect e-mail address for a Test Administrator or Teacher in TIDE, the Test Coordinator should delete the Test Administrator or Teacher from TIDE and add him or her again with the correct e-mail address. The Test Coordinator can edit a Test Administrator or Teacher’s name, phone number, e-mail address, employee ID, or role by selecting the “View User” function and editing the information in the appropriate field(s); the Test Coordinator does have to delete and then add the Test Administrator or Teacher to TIDE again to edit this information.
