What should a student do if he/she thinks a grade on the grade report is not correct?
The student should see the instructor, who will send a Grade Change Report form to Academic Records, Campus Box 2202, if an error was made. If the instructor is no longer employed at Illinois State, the student should contact that department chairperson for assistance. The completed Grade Change Report is forwarded to Academic Records for processing. If after three weeks the student has not received confirmation of the grade change, the student should call Academic Records (309) 438-8499.
