No special software is needed (it’s all Web-based) such that a PWS with access to any Internet-equipped computer (e.g., the local library) would be able to access SDWARS/UCMR. As an additional alternative, the PWS could designate a third party or even their laboratory with the authority to approve their data as a representative of the PWS. The PWS would need to submit a sponsor letter identifying this representative by name and CDX User Name. The representative will also need to register as the “Approver” for that PWS in CDX.
