What shipping services do Small World Kids use?
A. We understand that every penny often counts so we will always try to ship your item by the most economical and secure method available. Our preferred shipping partner is the Royal Mail for packages under 4kg. We use their ‘Recorded Tracked’ service in the UK, and their Airsure airmail service for international orders. For items of a heavier weight, or travelling to international destinations we also use DHL and Parcelforce. Where possible you will be given the choice of shipping methods during the transaction, and your selection and associated cost will be confirmed during checkout. We will notify you when your item has been dispatched, and confirm the delivery method.
