What shipping options are available?
We currently only offer standard shipping via Canada Post Expedited service (from 5 to 14 business days depending on location). If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact us at: customerservice@beddingtons.com or by calling 1-888-233-0808 x 110. Standard Delivery: Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa (Canada) and should arrive within 5 to 14 business days from when your order was shipped (7-14 for the Continental US). In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours. If there is a backorder on certain items on your order, we will advise you and request your direction (ship complete or in stages). Shipping options for products purchased through the Microsoft Student and Work at Home programs include UPS Next Day (1-2 business days), Second Day (2-3 business days), and Ground-Commercial (3-7 business days). Products purchased through the Adobe Student and Employee Purchase program are shipped by UPS within 10-12 business days.
UPS Ground Residential: The most economical shipping method, actual UPS shipping charges will be displayed during the order process. If UPS is unable to deliver your selection due to size, weight or packaging limitations an alternate shipping method will be chosen for you. (Typically 2 7 business days). *For Alaska and Hawaii please choose Add Appropriate Shipping For Me and we will follow-up with you with shipping charges. $79.00 Los Angeles Area Delivery: Applicable for items that cannot be shipped via UPS due to size or weight within the Los Angeles Area, valid for zip codes 90000-92900.
