What shipping methods are available?
We ship domestic orders via UPS. During checkout, you can select UPS Ground or an expidiated service if you’re in a hurry. USPS service is available only for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International shipments (please read the section on International shipping for complete details before placing your order). We do not charge a handling fee but will charge any difference between our basic shipping charge and what the Post Office charges us for international orders. We accept international orders with the understanding that the customer agrees to pay this difference. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. We do offer the following shipping choices: 1. UPS Ground: Shipping is calculated on the order’s weight and the customer’s zip code. An item’s weight is put into hidden code in it’s description. When checking out, our system automatically matches your order’s weight and zip code to the UPS charge chart. It comes very close
All online orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service to the United States only. Second-day and Next-day shipping is available for most items at an additional cost of $7.50 and $15.00, respectively. If you would like to inquire about cost and availability of express shipping for your order (only available in the contiguous United States), please call us at 1-866-225-7474.
Standard Delivery Orders are shipped priority mail and are usually processed within 1-2 business days, holidays excluded. (Please allow for normal shipping time of up to 7 business days.) Occasionally an item is out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly by e-mail. Monogram orders require additional processing time. Direct Shipping: When necessary, select items may be shipped separately, direct from the manufacturer. If multiple items are ordered, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment. Sorry, monogramming is not available on direct ship items.
