What shape are the worlds governments in?
Battered, but decent. The main twenty cities are stable enough that there’s no real anarchy. Big intergovernmental organizations such as the European Union and the United Nations are still in place and functioning. There’s been talk bandied around about a One World Government, especially in more recent months, but it’s so far from actualization that it will probably never happen. And the major countries of the world like their sovereignty anyhow.
