What shall I do if my cat has gone missing?
Put the word out to neighbours etc so they can look out for it, also ask them to check their garages/sheds in case the cat was accidentally locked inside (I know of a couple of instances of this personally). Contact your local Petsearch, put posters up and ‘Lost’ ad in local paper. Contact local pet rescue centres in case it’s been handed in, also contact local vets in case someone’s found it and taken it to vet. Good luck, I hope you are both reunited soon.
I have cats and kittens and what i do when they go missing is if they have dry food get the packet and shake it will sometimes come to that if it has wet caned food get a fork ot something and tap the side of the can. If that fails wait a day and do it again because by then they should be hungrier and they will come to the sound of food.
