Nodal Office can request for a new I-PIN/T-PIN, by submitting request to CRA for reissue of PIN. Nodal Office can download the form from the CRA website. On receipt of the request, CRA shall print the PIN and dispatch it to the Nodal Office. Reissue of PIN will be chargeable by CRA.
