What shade of blonde highlights go well with dark blonde hair?
I think you should definitely go with the honey-coloured highlights , like you said they will compliment the red tinges. Even though you have pale skin, the honey and red mixed together will make your face seem a more olive colour and therefore, it’ll all work out. More shades are definitely the way to go, but make sure they all mix together nicely and are around the same colour tones. As for layers, it depends on whether you want a more fuller look around your face, or you want your hair more bouncier and shorter. Personally, I would get more layers, if you are getting different coloured highlights, as I think it would all blend in really lovely.
