What sets this book apart from other low-carb cookbooks on the market?
A There are substantial baking and dessert recipe sections (covering the whole gamut of dessert categories) in the book and the recipes truly are low-carb and acceptable on the Atkins diet and other low-carb plans. I dont think too many cookbooks have a Confections and Frostings section. Each subsequent low-carb cookbook features this section. Its great for chocolate lovers especially, although there are other candy recipes too and plenty of frostings for cakes to choose from.
