What sets of rules governs the Danske Bank Groups financial reporting?
Danske Bank Group publishes an annual report and three interim reports according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In addition, Danske Bank prepares accounts for its various business units. The accounts for the parent company are prepared according to the principles of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. The Board of Directors has also adopted an information policy, a CR policy and an Investor Relations policy.
