It is not diet food- it is real food- the type of food you should be eating every day. It teaches you a healthier way to eat as a lifestyle vs. a short term “diet”. We use only the leanest proteins, freshest produce available on the market and the highest quality ingredients for all of our meals. We do not use preservatives, freeze- dried or dehydrated ingredients in any of our dishes. Customer service is available 6 days a week to provide you with information and support during your program.
